POLICIES ON
RENTING LINENS
|
| Deposits: 1/3 of total
linen rental is required in order to reserve linen. This deposit will
be held until a final inspection has been completed. Checks used for
deposits require a three (3) week clearing time before a refund will be
issured. |
| Orders: Please finalize
all linen orders as far in advance as possible. At least 3 weeks notice
(before the event)
is needed for any cancellations or changes. Charges will be levied for
any cancellations or changes after that time. |
Care: Store in a clean
dry place both before and after the event.
Do
not wash linens. Do
not store in plastic bags.
Do not
store linens outside.

| Delivery & Pickups:
Available for an additional charge, with prior arrangements. |
| Responsibility: Full
replacement costs are charged for burns, rips, holes, permanent stains,
wax, grease, mildew, and lost items. Damaged items will be paid in full
bu the customer at the listed replacement costs. |
| Damage Waiver: This
option relieves the customer from responsibility for accidental damage
to the linen. Damage waiver does not cover missing items, abusive
damage or neglect. Linen returned with
mildew damage is considered neglect. |
| Payment: Due at time of
pickup by customer or when delivered by Dover Rent-All. We accept
checks with proper ID and major credit cards. |
